LanGkaH sEteRusNya....

2nd day aku diet.....

breakfast - 2 keping roti ngn sekeping daging burger
lunch - jdm5 + 2 biji buah oren
malam - char kuew tiau
supper - epal + oren

3rd day

breakfast - 2 keping roti ngn scamble egg + rgc
minum pg - 1 mug nescafe
tghr - rich choc pudding..... nyum nyum
petang - jdm 5 + epal + oren

n today....

breakfast - 2 keping roti wholemeal ngn tuna
lunch - same sbb malas nak kuar....
dinner - jdm 5 n buah2 kot... n air bebanyak.... :D

berat aku tak timbang.... hopefully dah ade penurunan..... insyaAllah.....


p/s: nak bli portable sauna..... tp fulus ku tak membenarkan lagi.... huhu.....
best tu masuk sauna..... fresh jer badan.....
